LEGAL BASIS OF THE "GOLDEN TICKETS" GAME
1. GAME ORGANIZER
Mercado de la Plata (hereinafter, "the Organizer"), with address in Segovia and online store accessible through the website www.mplata.es organizes the game called "Golden Tickets".
2. TERRITORIAL AND TEMPORAL SCOPE
The game will be played both through the online store and the physical store of the Organizer, from December 16, 2024 to January 7, 2025, both inclusive. Shipments of online orders will only be made within the territory of Spain.
3. PARTICIPANTS
All natural persons aged 18 or over who place an online order on the Organiser's website or a purchase in the physical store within the period indicated above may participate in the game. Employees of the Organiser and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.
4. GAME MECHANICS
The Organizer will hide a total of 5 "Golden Tickets", of which 4 will be assigned to orders placed in the online store and 1 will be reserved exclusively for customers of the physical store.
The "Golden Tickets" assigned to the online store will be included in the order package and will be sent together with the order. The winners of the "Golden Tickets" must upload a photo to their social networks showing the order and the "Golden Ticket" received. If they are unable to upload the photo to their stories, they can send it via private message to the Organizer's social networks (either through Facebook or Instagram).
The "Golden Ticket" reserved for the physical store will be delivered directly to one of the randomly selected customers and must be validated by a photo uploaded to social networks or sent by private message, as indicated for online orders.
5. PRIZES
Each winner will receive a gift card for the same amount as the order or purchase made, excluding shipping costs if they have been incurred in the case of online orders.
The prize is personal and non-transferable, and under no circumstances may it be subject to change, alteration or financial compensation.
6. NOTIFICATION TO THE WINNERS
The Organizer will contact the winners of the online "Golden Tickets" via the email address provided in their order to notify them that they have been selected and provide them with the "Golden Ticket". In the case of the ticket reserved for the physical store, the establishment will be notified directly.
If a winner does not respond to the notification within 7 business days, it will be understood that he/she has forfeited the prize and the prize will remain void.
7. DATA PROTECTION
In compliance with current regulations on the protection of personal data, the Organizer informs participants that the data provided will be processed for the purpose of managing their participation in the game. Personal data will not be transferred to third parties unless legally required. Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition and portability by writing to info@mplata.es.
8. ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES
Participation in the game implies full acceptance of these legal terms and conditions. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the legal terms and conditions for justified reasons, as well as to cancel the game in the event of force majeure.
9. LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
This game is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute that may arise from the interpretation or application of these rules, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Segovia, unless another jurisdiction is applicable by law.
